Refund and Returns Policy

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our print-on-demand and dropship products, replacements or refunds are provided only if the product is defective or materially different from the description on its respective site.

You must submit a claim within 3 days of the delivery date.

Shipping and handling fee are not refundable. Refund will be processed only for the unit price that applies for refund.

If there’s an issue with your product, please submit a claim through our online form. You’ll need your order number and the email address you used to place the order. We will use this information to look into a replacement or refund and prevent future errors. If your order qualifies for a replacement or refund, we will determine which of these is more appropriate on a case-by-case basis.

Returns are not accepted. If you send us your order, it will no longer be eligible for a replacement or refund. The item(s) will be forfeited, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Note: Customized products are not returnable for non-quality problems, if there is a quality problem, please provide evidence, we can deal with it according to the actual situation

How long does a replacement, refund, or return take to process?

We review claims within 72 business hours.

If your order qualifies for a replacement, you will receive a new order confirmation email with which you can track the progress of your replacement. Replacement orders generally take 5-10 business days for processing.

If your order qualifies for a refund, your refund will be processed immediately. Your refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your method of payment.

How do I cancel my order ?

Change and cancellation requests are only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Kindly provide your order number and specify the desired modification. We will confirm the modification once it has been processed. Please note that after 24 hours, no further modifications to your order can be made. For inquiries about the status of your order, please reach out to our Customer Support team.
